Homemade Taste in Minutes 1 Package of Vegetable Beef Dry Soup Mix 1 to 2 lbs. of ground beef 6 cups water 1 can (15.25 oz.) diced tomatoes 4 cups of your favorite farmers market vegetables 2 medium size potatoes diced
Brown ground beef, and drain. Add soup mix, remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to boil, then simmer for one hour.
Beef & Barley Soup: Same as above, add 1 cup pearl barley, 1 dried bay leaf, 1 sprig of thyme, and 1 spring of rosemary
Variations: Add bacon bits, sausage, of Spice it Up with Green Chiles or Jalapenos. Garnish with oyster crackers & bacon bits
BEEF & NOODLE SOUP: Add 12 - 16 oz. cooked noodlesinstead of veggies.

My family just loves MY BEEF STEW! However, what they don't know is that i use Twisted Pepper Co's Farmers Market Vegetable Beef Stew Dry Soup Mix. It makes a lot to feed 6 or more people. I love that it goes a long way and can be frozen if needed. There is hardly enough left at my house to freeze but i have kept a portion aside just for me that i freeze. I use stew meat and cook it for a long time so that the meat is tender. Keep making delicious soup mixes and other items.

Delicious & so easy!
I made the Farmer’s soup this week, using small pieces of lean stew meat. I’m usually a good cook, but have little patience for things with lots of ingredients. I put the soup together in a few minutes! Loved it! I shared with my elderly neighbors & the guy called to tell me it tasted just like his mother’s, & that his wife ate more than he’d been able to get her to consume in months! Thanks!
