Infused Bread Dipping Oil
2 to 3 tablespoons Toasted Onion & Garlic Seasoning
3 oz Olive Oil
1 to 2 oz Balsamic or Red Wine Vinegar
Combine ingredients in bowl, stir until well blended. Let mixture “fuse” for at least 30 minutes. Dip pieces of fresh, crusty bread or a baguette. Yields: approx. 25 servings
Sautéed Vegetables
1/4 cup olive oil (low Fat— 1 cup tomatoes)
1 to 2 Tbsps. Seasoning (add to desired taste)
In a 10" no-stick skillet over medium-high heat, combine the oil or tomatoes, add the vegetables that take longer to cook first, then add the softer ones last. Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Roasted Vegetables
2 to 4 Tbsps. Olive Oil
1 to 2 Tbsps. Seasoning
4 cups of your favorite vegetables
Place in baking dish, mix well and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or longer, until all vegetables are done. Be Creative!
Top with Parmesan Cheese or a Blend of Italian Cheeses.

I am such a Twisted Pepper fan! Toasted onion and Garlic was a new one for me. How can you go wrong with that?? It goes on ANYTHING!!
