For a more passionate flavor, combine a tea spoon of the ingredients with 2 tsps. soy sauce, 4 Tb Worcestershire, 2 tsps. liquid smoke and a cup of red wine refrigerate for 2hours. Remove and coat both sides of the steak with a generous amount of rub and allow it sit for 20 minutes. Place steak on the grill, smoker or broil to the desired temperature . Enjoy
