Directions:
1 package of White Chicken Chili Dry Soup Mix
6+ cups water
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles
2 cans (15 oz.) White Beans
2 cans (10 oz.) chicken or 3 cups cooked chicken

Whisk together water, white chicken cihile dry soup mix and all ingredients, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is done.

Yummy!!!

Tried this today at the Vintage Market Days and thought…not bad! Bought a pkg a d decided to make it because it got really cold! I added an extra can of black beans and used rotisserie chicken. Quick, easy and very delicious!!! I’ll definitely be buying more!! Served with tortilla chips, cheese and just a touch of salsa. 😍

All your soups are wonderful!

I live overseas so I don’t have it yet (takes time to get here) however I have tried almost all soups and love them all. I doubt I will be disappointed.

This is my granddaughters favorite soup of all the twisted pepper soups! We don’t put in extra chilis….its a mild to medium spiciness without extra chilis…so good….you can add any beans u like! Sometimes I even add a carrot or two sliced up to add to the healthiness of this soup!

Chicken Chili in Colorful Colorado

Some friends of mine who live in Wichita sent me a couple packets of the White Chicken Chili Soup Mix. It sat on a shelf in my pantry for almost a year before I tried it. With winter coming on, I decided this would be a good time to give this a go. Pleasantly surprised and about as easy to prepare as one can possibly get in the kitchen. Winner Winner Chicken Soup Dinner.
