Directions: 1 package of Green Chili Potato Dry Soup Mix 4 cups water, 2 cups milk 2 medium size potatoes, diced Boil diced potatoes in 4 cups water for 15 min. Add milk and whisk soup mix into the potatoes Bring to boil again, stirring often Reduce Heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Variations: Add bacon bits, sausage, cheddar cheese, butter, or sour cream. Spice it Up with Jalapenos.

My Favorite
Switched out the milk for coconut milk to make this soup dairy free and it turned out so delicious! Added the green chilis and topped with bacon. Need to reorder, it was a hit.
