4 cups water, 2 cups milk, or Half & Half, cooked chopped broccoli
Whisk soup mix into water and milk, add cooked chopped broccoli
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Variations: 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese..
Garnish with parsley and bacon bits.
