1 Package of Twisted Chili Seasoning, 1 can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste 2 garlic cloves, minced or crushed 1/2 onion, chopped 1 to 2 jalapenos, chopped (devein for less heat) 3+ cups water, add until desired consistency 1 to 2 pounds ground beef or tender beef chuck cut in 3/8" cubes
In skillet, sauté garlic, peppers, and onions for 3 to 5 minutes, add ground beef, cook until brown, drain excess grease. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water and chili seasoning. Stir well and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour on low heat. NOTE: When you use beef chuck, simmer on low heat for 2 to 3 hours or until tender.
