Sprinkle on veggies before grilling or sautéing. Make a olive oil marinade for veggies, chicken, shrimp, or scallops. YUMMY
Dip: Mix contents with 2 cups of sour cream or 1.5 cups sour cream and 1/2 mayo, refrigerate for one hour. Stir before serving.
*Low-fat alternative: use low fat cream cheese and omit butter. (May not set up as a ball but tastes great as a spread)

8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg of Tex-Mex Dip Mix
Combine in bowl, stir well. Spread the dip across a tortilla, roll up and cut every 2 inches, stick a toothpick in each piece and arrange on a party platter in a festive manor.
