Dry Rub: Remove Membrane, rub mustard on both sides of ribs and rub both sides of pork with a generous amount of Pig Sweat Rub. For a more passionate flavor, refrigerate for 20 minutes. The longer it marinates, the more intense the flavor.
TIP: When ribs are at desired temperature, remove from smoker and wrap in foil, put in a empty cooler for about 30 minutes or longer and let the ribs sweat. This adds moisture and ensures fall of the bone goodness.
Sprinkle on Bacon when cooking or baking - we call it Bacon Candy
Grill, Smoke, Bake or Broil to your perfection.
Marinade: 2 Tbsp BBQ Rub, 2 Lite Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 cup Rice or white vinegar. Mix together and pour of both sides of pork.
Options for Marinade: Coffee, Orange Juice, Dr. Pepper, Beer, Wine, etc. Be Creative!
