Make a Wedding Soup by adding Meatballs

Directions:
1 Package of Pasta e Fagioli Soup Mix
6 to 8 cups water
1 can (14.5 oz.) petite diced tomatoes
8 oz. dry Ditalini pasta or shell shaped pasta
1 can (15 oz.) Red kidney beans (drained & rinsed)
1 can (15 oz.) White Kidney beans (drained & rinsed)
or use 2 cans Cannellini beans
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey, cooked and drained
Combine all ingredients in large 8 qt. soup pot, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is done
