Twisted Combination that is the the right amount of both flavors.
Great on Fish, Seafood, Chicken, or Beef. Dana from Wichita said: I love the Jalapeno Lime Rub. I sear my roast with this, makes it so tender! I also us it on chicken & pork chops. We use it as dip with plain yogurt and cream cheese!
Dry Rub: Press and rub on fish, chicken, beef, or seafood with a generous amount of rub. For a more passionate flavor, refrigerate for 20 minutes. The longer is marinates, the greater the intensity of flavor. Grill, Smoke, Bake or Broil to your perfection.
Marinade:1 to 2 Tbsp Jalapeno Seasoning, 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Honey or Light Agave Nectar, 2 Tbsp Orange juice or Margarita Mix. Mix together and pour over both sides of fish, chicken, or seafood, let marinate for one hour. Double above if you want to brush on marinade while grilling. (Do not use leftover marinate for brushing)

We love anything lime, so we wanted to try this. We had it on hamburgers and I slow cooked a pork roast in the crockpot for pulled pork. It is delicious! Not too hot but has some great zippy-ness. The lime shines through but does not overpower. We plan to try in chicken next! It's a fun spice to have in your cabinet.

Amazing Jalapeño Lime
Excellent with chicken. Let in marinade for about an hour. Baked it and it smelled as good as it tasted. One of my top seasonings for chicken. Just delicious!
