Great, Healthy Food for your Family

Soup is easy to make, and it can be adapted so many ways with the addition of your favorite fresh veggies. Makes a sizeable number of servings too. I like to put it up in single serving containers in the fridge so mine can microwave one whenever they want a healthy meal or snack.
