Dry Rub: Rub both sides of meat with a generous amount of rub. For a passionate flavor, combine a teaspoon of the ingredients with 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire, 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke and a cup of red wine refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove and coat both sides of the meat with a generous amount of rub and allow it sit for 20 minutes. Place meat on the grill, smoker or broil to the desired temperature
Marinade: 2 Tbsps. Rub, 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Lite, and 1/4 cup Beer or Wine, or Coffee, etc., Mix together and pour of both sides of meat.
