1 pkg Zesty Meatball Seasoning Mix
2 lbs. Lean ground beef or turkey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs or Substitute (Progresso Plain bread crumbs)
2/3 cup milk
Mix all ingredients, in large bowl until well blended. Tip: wear disposable gloves for easy clean up of hands.
Place meatballs on a greased shallow pan or cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, easy clean up.
Bake in 350º F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve as an appetizer, top with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese or spoon over pasta for a meal.
Tip: Same size meatballs, lightly pat mixture in a 1” thick rectangle, cut into same size squares, gently roll each square into balls.
