Dry Rub: Press and rub both sides of salmon or seafood with a generous amount of rub. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. The longer the meat is allowed to absorb the rub the greater the flavor. Grill, Smoke, Bake or Broil to your perfection. For a more passionate flavor apply marinade recipe below:
Marinade: 2 Tbsps. Salmon Chile Rub, 2 Tbsps. Honey 2 Tbsps. Olive Oil, and 1/4 cup orange juice. Mix together and pour on both sides of salmon or seafood.
Chile Butter Marinade: 1/2 stick melted butter and 1 Tbsp. Salmon Chile Rub, mix together and pour over salmon or fish. Bake, Broil, or Grill.
