      Dill Asaparagus & Carrots

      1 Tbsp Crazy About Dill Dip Mix by Twisted Pepper Co.
      12 fresh asparagus spears, cut into 5" length pieces
      4 oz young carrots, peeled
      1 Tbsp unsalted Butter
      1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

      Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove asparagus and chill under running water, set aside.
      In a large saucepan, add carrots, boil for 4 minutes or until tender, drain water.
      In a large saute pan over medium heat, add butter, dry dip mix and lemon juice. Add veggies and heat through.
