Ingredients

1 package Twisted Pepper Co. Creamy Tomato Soup Mix
4 cups water
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) fire roasted tomatoes (Blend for smoother soup)
1 (15 oz.) can no-salt added white beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups milk or half-and-half

Directions

Whisk soup mx into water, milk, and tomato paste
Add fire roasted tomatoes and white beans, mix well
Bring to boil, stirring often, reduce heat and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes
Garnish with croutons, fresh chopped tomatoes, and fresh basil

Recipe Note

You can add cooked tortellini instead of beans to make it a pasta soup.

Make it hearty by adding chicken or seafood. Add more garlic and basil if you like.
