Reverse Sear Steak - Unbelievable Fantastic!
2+ Tbsp. Twisted Pepper Rub - choose from: Coffee Chile, Outlaws Seasoning, Texas Steak or Tuscan Garlic Seasoning

1/4 cup soy sauce (light is better for low salt)
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. cup white cooking wine (or favorite wine)
2+ Tbsp. Twisted Pepper Rub - choose from: Coffee Chile, Outlaws Seasoning, Texas Steak or Tuscan Garlic Seasoning

Combine in zip-lock baggie, place steaks in baggie, coat well, refrigerate for 2 to8 hours before grilling.
Preheat Grill to 220 degrees, when it 220, place steaks on grill and cook for 20 - 25 minutes depending on size and height of steak.
Take steaks off, heat up grill to 500 degrees, put steak back on grill and cook both sides for about 4-7 minutes each depending on your preference of doneness.
