Mexican Rice
1-2 Tbsp. Red Chile Enchilada Seasoning by Twisted Pepper Co.
1/2 cup tomato sauce
4 oz. can chopped green chiles1/2 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 cups prepared hot rice (cook in chicken broth for best flavor)
Combine all ingredients; heat through. Garnish with fresh cilantro
Makes 4-6 servings.
