Grilled Fajita Steak Kabobs
2 - 3 Tbsp. Fajita Seasoning by Twisted Pepper
1 1/2 lb. Beef Sirloin Steak, cut into 3-inch pieces
2 medium red onion, cut into 3-inch chunks
2 medium green or red peppers, cut into 3-inch chunks
12 wooden skewers, soaked in water
3/4 cup Marinade (see below)
1. Cut up beef & vegetables into 2- 3" chunks
2. Marinade: Use gallon bag, add 2-3 Tbsp. Fajita Seasoning, 1/4 cup lite soy sauce, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup Olive Oil, mix well.
3 .Place steak & veggies in resealable plastic bag, bag over several times to evenly coat beef. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
4. Alternatively thread beef, onions, and peppers on skewers.
4. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove beef and vegetables from bag: discard marinade.
Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until beef is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
