Dill Asparagus & Carrots Recipe

Dill Asparagus & Carrots 

1 Tbsp Crazy About Dill Dip Mix by Twisted Pepper Co.
12 fresh asparagus spears, cut into 5" length pieces
4 oz young carrots, peeled
1 Tbsp unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove asparagus and chill under running water, set aside.
In a large saucepan, add carrots, boil for 4 minutes or until tender, drain water.
In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add butter, dry dip mix and lemon juice. Add veggies and heat through.

OR   Just Grill It  for 15 minutes on medium heat until done
