4 cups water
2 cups milk or Half & Half or Heavy Cream
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
Whisk soup mix into water, milk & tomato paste
Bring to boil , stirring often
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Variations: Add cooked bacon bits, chicken, beef, seafood, or 1 can cream style corn. Be Creative! Option: Add cooked pasta or tortellini
