Twisted Potato Soup
Thick & Creamy with a little heat of green chiles! Superb!
Make it over the top! Add Jalapeno Jack Cheese, Bacon or Sausage, and
Sour Cream.
1 package of Green Chile Potato Soup Mix
4 cups water, 2 cups milk
2 medium size potatoes, diced
Boil diced potatoes in 4 cups water for 15 min.
Add milk and whisk soup mix into the potatoes
Bring to boil again, stirring often
Reduce Heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Variations: Add bacon bits, sausage, cheddar cheese, butter, or sour cream. Spice it Up with Jalapenos.
Garnish with grated cheese & bacon bits
Yield: About 8, one cup servings.
